It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5 km from the historic centre (a vehicle is essential for getting around), with parking for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. There is no separate entrance. There is a swimming pool nearby.

Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.

The house is equipped for personal use, with furnishings not dozens. The location is characteristic, practically surrounded by bars and restaurants on the square of Marina Corta, from where all organized trips to the islands also depart. Underneath the house there is a diving and there are the offices of those who organize boat trips.
