The Host and the people in charge of their parents, great in every way, were always attentive to my needs, they always responded to my messages. It is a complete apartment, excellent for long stays and short stays too. If you are going to have activities in the north of Quito this is a good place; I stayed two months, I would take it back.

We loved our stay. It was so relaxing we extended another night. The neighborhood is our favorite and the apartment is perfect for walking to all of our favorite restaurants. The door men were very friendly and helpful. Our host was perfect and a pleasure to communicate with. We will be happy to choose this place again.

Clean, ample and well endowed accommodation, it is a good place to stay. Maybe the location can improve as it is quite far from the city center.

I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.
