A total of three bedrooms on the ground floor and 1st floor offer space for up to eight people. The heart of the house: a light-flooded 77 sqm living/dining/cooking area under the roof – with a large table & four sofas. Ideal for families, nature lovers & short breaks. Note: Not suitable for those with animal hair allergies. For those seeking peace and quiet. Non-smoking. No TV. No parties. No pets.

The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. E-charging station at home.

Completely newly renovated old Moselle cottage [not yet visible from the outside on the facade], very close to the water = Moselle shore [less than 100 m], ideal for chilling, cycling, hiking, water sports. The oldest city in Germany, Trier, is 25 km away, Luxembourg 50 km. Ideal for cars. Village flair, very quiet, very good, high-end amenities, not suitable for small children and non-mobile people. Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Talo koostuu kahdesta erillisestä huoneistosta (89m2+155m2)kolmessa kerroksessa, jotka voi yhdistää. Erityisen sopiva kahdelle perheelle/pariskunnalle. Piha-alueella (500 m2) on kalusteet ja avotuli grillaukseen sekä puro. Talossa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja yksi vuodesohva yhdelle loungessa. Ylhäällä on myös terassi. Talo on täysin remontoitu sisältä ja kaikki kalusteet, kodinkoneet, TV, pyyhkeet, lakanat ovat uusia. Pihalla ilmainen parkkialue 3 autolle. Wifi.

This gem is perfect for all dog lovers, hikers, or anyone who loves to take day trips. Whether the famous maars for swimming, historic Trier, Luxembourg or the vineyards and picturesque towns on the Moselle: all this can be explored and enjoyed from Eisenschmitt.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
