Alessandro was very kind. He was super flexible on check-in. She gave us a great gift. Super helpful and proactive with every request. The place is beautiful as pictured! You feel at home. Perfectly equipped kitchen, sofa and comfortable beds. Very nice towels. Everything is very clean and tastefully furnished. The property is located in the main carruggio, a 5-minute walk from the beach. Below the accommodation you will find everything bars, bakeries, fishmongers, shops...

Paola's home has a beautiful seaside view and was very walkable into Sanremo. Parking was easy, free and close by.

We had a lovely stay. Niko was very helpful, flexible and understanding. The apartment is brillantly located in the centre and all the important pastures are easly accessible. The apartment was clean and well equipped. All in all a great stay!

The apartment is in a very convenient location if you want to have the beach in the immediate vicinity. The traffic in front of the house did not bother us and we hardly heard the train behind the house. Communication with the hostess was always very pleasant and she always provided information very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Various shopping opportunities were available in the surrounding streets. The apartment is attractively furnished. Glad to come back!

Thank you Dario for a relaxing holiday week! Thanks to the super working heating, it was always warm and cozy in the apartment. Despite the rain, we were able to enjoy the view of the sea from the covered terrace. Hikes and excursions to the hinterland are recommended.

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

The apartment is in a great location. As always, but this is a general problem in the country, there are parking problems nearby. Good overall cleanliness. Welcome, kindness and availability of the owner at the highest levels. Recommended but pay attention to the stairs (there are three ramps) especially if you have heavy luggage.

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

My husband, our 12 year old son and I had great 12 days at this property and the surrounding area. It completely corresponds to Giulia's description. The associated parking space in an underground garage is a 5-minute walk away and was very generous to park. The location of the accommodation (very quiet yet central) was excellent for the many excursions along the coast and into the hinterland. We were able to park our bikes comfortably in the garden, which contains very nice lemon trees, a ping-pong table and chairs as well as a table to linger. The surrounding area has many caffes and restaurants. Our son has to eat gluten-free and we found right one street away an excellent pizzeria (My Dream) making an excellent gluten-free pizza. We can definitely recommend this place.

Excellent stay in this beautiful place, very clean, comfortable bedding, beautiful covered terrace with all the necessary furniture. A parking spot👍🏻. And close to all activities in BORDIGHERA, we recommend this cottage 👍🏻🇮🇹

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! The apartment is in a great location and very large, 4-6 people can easily stay here. Probably also pleasantly cool in the summer. The location is excellent and there is the possibility to park next to the house for free in a (ailing) parking garage.
