Great airbnb in a beautiful and calm location. Restaurants, groceries, and small fruit and vegetable store nearby. Great for long stays. The neighborhood has become my favorite in Quito. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean with a full functioning kitchen, the patio is a plus. I greatly recommend staying here.

The apartment is very nice, clean , very well equipped , in a strategic place and little noise to rest at night ,close to all amenities , I recommend it

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

There is a small issue with the links that they have posted and finding the door she described it very well, but I was a little confused in my maps were not working correctly, coming in at night. The location is ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area, perfect for rest. The decor is modern and cozy, and the place is very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a very nice house, which is why I extend the stay, very quiet and safe, no bulla. The view of the house is stunning from the terrace and main room. Paul is a great host too. Everything was great.

We enjoyed staying with Julian, he always answered our doubts shortly. Comfortable and safe place to rest. We went for work and the house was well equipped for our needs.

No problem checking in, able to use all of the amenities. Would have liked the pool to be warmer but other than that it was great.
