A little bit about the house: Large 5 bedroomed detached house in a quiet residential area. lovely part of town, walking distance to a co-op. Around 20 minutes walk into town. local bus service at the end of the road. Ample parking and a pool table in the garage. Our cat will be present throughout your stay. Memory-foam double bed with wardrobe, drawers and TV including en-suite shower room. Also there is a microwave, mini fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle in the room. The shower is electric and there is free wifi. Breakfast items are included.

We offer a continental breakfast (cereal & toast for £2.50 per person) We are ideally situated to visit such places as Sleaford, Lincoln, Stamford, Boston and Grantham; or what about a day at the seaside at Mablethorpe, Skegness or Anderby Creek?
“This is a quality cottage room with stylish looks a quality finishes, Rachael is a lovely host ever so helpful and quick in communicating. Expect a comfortable large double bed, great shower and many lovely touches, fresh milk and water in the fridge, ground and instant coffee, plenty off wall sockets for those all important chargers. The sourounding area is quite and rural but yet only 20 min from main town.”
