Once again it was a great stay

We spent a week during a hiking trip so especially appreciated the centralized location between Little Rock & Hot Springs, the washer & dryer, and the back porch in the afternoons. It's a clean, beautifully furnished & decorated cottage in a private setting with comfortable bed & pillows, nicely stocked kitchen and lots of personal touches. Truly a home away from home! Karla is very responsive & accommodating. We would love to visit again, particularly in the fall.

We loved our stay at Roseline's tiny house! Bedding was comfy & it was peaceful with the hot tub in the back for morning coffee. Would stay again!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. The inside of the tiny home felt like a very expensive hotel room with full kitchen and living room. The pond was beautiful and so peaceful. Was able to take a small boat out to fish in and meet some friendly horses. Very close to the rest of Benton. Will definitely plan to stay here another time.

I stayed for 7 months here. Neighborhood is lovely and beautiful to walk in the fall. There is a hiking trail maybe 5 minutes from the house. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Myself and my two kids stayed in their camper. It was just enough room for us to get a good night's sleep while visiting our family in Arkansas. Accessing the key was easy, the camp site is just down the road from the highway and the area is peaceful. Bekah had plenty of towels for us and after living in a camper for a while she was great full to my recommendations for a bathroom fan to reduce moisture and possibly a leaky toilet. The camper still had that new camper smell. Absolutely perfect for 2 people with the bunks for extra storage. Our luggage took up any extra space in front of the door while we slept. A/C kept us cool at night and the little bit of decor was perfect. This would make a great little getaway for a couple. And ducks on the pond to boot! Super cute and cozy.

The cabin was super cozy and it was a great place for our family’s Easter weekend! The place was well appointed with plenty of clean towels, comfy beds, cleaning supplies, and a great backyard for an Easter egg hunt! There was even a built in water filter by the kitchen sink for drinking water. Much appreciated! We definitely made some fun new memories!

I would definitely book again. Most of the time we did not hear the traffic on the street. The yard is beautiful, the house was super clean and so comfortable. It felt like home away from home. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.
