Cabin also includes a screened in front porch with a fire table and plenty of space to gather. About halfway between Duluth and Minneapolis, 7 miles west of I-35. Please inquire if you have a slightly larger group, we may be able to accommodate! An additional fee of $30/guest per night over 6 applies. Please note that per county regulations, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Other fun places & activities nearby: Osprey Wilds, Kettle River, Banning State Park, Grand Casino, Munger Trail (biking and snowmobiling). Lots of space for your boat &/or snowmobile trailer!

The Cardinal Cabin

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

Secluded yet close to lakes, trails, and dining, Lulu’s Lodge offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

The whole group will be comfy in this spacious and unique spot in the pines. The overhead door is the only “garage” thing about it! There are plenty of activities in the area, or stay right on our nearly 15 acres of forested land to relax and walk or ride our trails through the trees. We’ve added a screen for the garage door opening. Now you can roll up the garage door to feel like you’re outside! The screen cords have been damaged so it will no longer retract, but works great down!

Renovated cabin nestled high in the pines overlooking the river. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space where the river views will take your breath away. We have a great selection of games, books and movies to snuggle up with in front of our warm fireplace. Bring your snowmobiles, ATVs and ice fishing gear as we are close to the Gandy Dancer Trails and our beautiful river flows to two lakes for great fishing - end at our bonfire pit to roast S'mores and swap stories!
