The cottage features a small dining area and kitchenette with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, & washer/dryer. The bedroom and bathroom are located up a short set of stairs. Guests have strong wifi access along with a shared outdoor patio & yard on a quiet street. We love hosting long term renters. Please reach out to ask about monthly rates!
