Daniel’s place is a true Paradise. The cabin is comfortable and roomy enough for up-to 3-4 people and has thoughtful features like some snacks, a coffee machine and TV with streaming services. The bed was very comfortable and the area is so quiet and peaceful it was a true break from everything. The waterfront property is just across the road with access to lake, kayaks, hammocks, a fire pit and plenty of grills to bbq. You can sense the thoughtfulness Daniel has put into every little thing - the green areas, the fire pit and the covered pavilion. He is also the most gracious and responsive host ever. Will answer all your questions almost immediately. It’s well worth a visit and we will definitely return.

I believe that any hospitality host should visit this place and take a lesson or two. This is the best presentation of a home that I have ever been to. Everything is neatly laid out for easy access. Something as mundane as a roll of toilet tissue isn't just placed on the roll in the bathroom. There's an art as to how it was presented. Same for kitchen cutlery and pots and pans. Beautiful presentation. The house is immaculate. The backyard is an Oasis onto itself. Finally, we enjoyed playing billiards each night. We were so taken in that we extended our stay the same day we checked in.

We really enjoyed the stay, the backyard was amazing and perfect for our pup, the place was clean, peaceful and quiet and exactly as listed. The road you cross to get to the river is pretty quiet and when pulling in/backing out there’s plenty of view to do so safely. We loved having the front and backyard to enjoy, and the river was beautiful, we hope to visit again!

Aaron and Sarah’s condo was very clean, nicely decorated, had comfortable beds and linens, and everything one would need in the kitchen and bath. We were pleasantly surprised by how charming and beautiful the neighborhood is! We were surrounded by unique historic homes that captured our interest! We loved that we could walk to Bar Loretta and Liberty Bar which were both a treat! As well as walk to the Riverwalk loop and some tourist attractions. Hosts were very responsive and generous with offering early and late check out as well as suggestions while we stayed. They certainly know how to do Airbnb correctly! Highly recommend!

This house was BEAUTIFUL~! The outdoor living space, pool and hot tub was amazing. My team and myself were there for work so we spent lots of time in the house, it was very clean and Jose and team were super responsive. The hot tub was not heating up, they had maintenance there with in 2 hours and it was fixed in an hour.... BAM~! Awesome customer service. Thank you Jose and team we will be back and i will be renting this home again.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Charming home in great neighborhood and easily accessible to everything! You can even walk to HEB for your groceries. Highly recommend.
