Spacious apartment in the wide city center. Very close to a Lidl store, as well as to the Universities in the city. The apartment has two bedrooms with beds (144/190 and 120/190), a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen with a large table, a comfortable bathroom, as well as a terrace from each room with a beautiful view! There is also a washing machine in the apartment. It's a 10 min. walk to the perfect center. Behind and opposite the building there is free parking space, in front of the building parking is paid during the week! :)

The house has a 100-year history of the Skabrin family, restored in 2021. while preserving the everyday spirit and style, combined with a modern interior. Across the street is the main gondola lift station ,which also works during some of the summer months .From mid - April ,when the ski season ends ,till November the area is extremely quiet and peaceful.
