Magic Island: Cottage & Beach Sauna on Your Own Island

Welcome to experience of the unique Taikasaari, located in Väärinjärvi, Ruovesi! The island's cottage and beach sauna were built in the 1950s and renovated with modern amenities. The entire 2000 m² island is for your private use, without any visual contact with other cottages or houses. The cottage has electricity, but no running water. The wood sauna has carrying water and a water pot for heating the water. The sauna terrace has direct access to the lake. The toilet is an outdoor toilet. Please note that the property is not suitable for small children.

Villa Yöpöllö

Villa Yöpöllö is located in Karvia, surrounded by nature and with good connections. The main building has been completely renovated. The cottage has a separate bedroom, kitchen, living room and shower room. The shower room has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Sleeps 4 + travel bunk bed. The yard buildings have also been renovated. The cozy yard has a barbecue canopy, outdoor sauna, dressing room, fire pit, natural pond and in winter an ice hole. Additional fee for the hot tub: Mon-Fri 40e and Fri-Sun 50e, whole week 60e

Peace of nature at its best! Villa Muusa offers colorful accommodation for groups of up to 8 people (for the best living experience, we recommend that there are max. 6 adults). The old barn has been renovated into a lovely wood-burning sauna and shower facilities. Beachcomber outdoor hot tub on the sauna terrace (rent €150). <b>Bring your own bed linen and towels! Welcome to relax or do remote work in the peace of nature, conveniently away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villa is new and modern, suitable for year-round living. The villa is located on the shore of Lake Näsijärvi. The place is safe, the beach is shallow and gently deepening. Surrounded by forest and tranquility. Great berry and mushroom forests! No raucous parties are allowed at the villa. The accommodation fee includes bedding and towels, the price is included in the cleaning fee.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a beautiful private plot. Possibility to swim, rent a wood-fired sauna, kayak (2 pcs), sup-board (2 pcs) and rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgita Trail hiking trail and the canoeing trail around Lempäälä run alongside. Ski trails 2 km. Train station 1 km, from where you can go to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h20min). Ideapark shopping center 7 km.

Rooms in an old school building on a lakeside

Rooms for rent in an old school building next to the lake. Classy, homey rooms with high ceilings (4m) and a lot of light coming in. In summertime it's also possible to sleep in a yurt (Mongol tent) on the yard. You can use the old log house sauna and swim in the lake. Kayaks and a row boat available. The destination is great for all kind of groups and people.

New beach villa with stunning views

Kukkokallio is a high-quality log villa completed in June 2021 on a magnificent rocky plot opening to the west. The villa is located in Kuhmalahti, Kangasala, on the shores of Längelmävesi. The place is peaceful and the nearest neighbor is about 300 meters away. A hot tub (no jacuzzi) is available at an additional cost of 50 eur/day and 80 eur/week

Kotamökki is a lakeside cottage in the Finnish countryside, 30 minutes' drive from Tampere, 1.5 hours from Helsinki and Turku. You have access to the main building with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom/sauna. The second bedroom is located in a separate building. The houses are connected by a patio.
