With a beautiful spot directly on Pontoosuc, the new kitchen, bathrooms, fireplace, and glass enclosed family room all benefit from the idyllic scenery. The home has 5 bedrooms and a convertible playroom with a futon for even more space. 2 bedrooms have bunk beds plus a full size bed in them. 2 bedrooms have king size beds and 1 has a queen. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lake. Many upgrades!

Welcome to our family’s beloved farmhouse — a warm, art-filled retreat tucked between the Hudson Valley and the Berkshires. Built in the 1850s and surrounded by 11 acres of gardens, orchards, and woodlands, this home is filled with stories, laughter, and character. It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel at home, to reconnect, and to make memories together.

Private En Suite in Beautiful Victorian

The room is light and airy with morning sun and the shade of the large front porch in the afternoon. This is a place to enjoy a meal or just lounge and relax with a view of the gardens and surrounding woods. This space features a private entrance, a kitchenette and full bathroom and very comfortable queen bed. In mid July 2024 we added air conditioning.
