If you are working remotely, this quiet space includes a desk and high-speed wireless. The individual HVAC unit also has a UV light.

A sandy beach area is bordered by calm waters. Shade is provided by tiki umbrellas, while a volleyball net is visible in the soft sand. Kayaks are placed on the shore, and green lawns extend in the background, leading to a serene lakeside view.

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.

Escape to this spacious little condo at Mariner's Landing Resort at the Pointe, providing room for 2-3. This is an efficiency condo with one room containing a king bed and a full sleeper sofa, with private spacious bathroom. This property showcases a larger space than many of the efficiencies at the resort, as well as a window with a lake view. This property also provides main level entry from the parking lot. No stairs or elevators needed to enter property which provides easy access.
