We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, RokuTVs, split level air conditioning and ceiling fans. Queen sofa bed in living room. Fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, toaster, blender and cookware. Bathroom with standup shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Internet provided.

Jefferson Ave Retreat

Completely private suite offers a Room with Direct TV and 2 recliners, in the same room Kitchen area has a microwave, refrigerator, sink and garbage disposal. Bedroom has a queen size bed with walk in closet. The Bathroom has a walk in shower 2 shower heads. After purchasing contact us with your ETA within 4 hours of your arrival. Second Story Bunkhouse

Our Bunkhouse is a quite little get away. My place is close to Sebring, Lake Placid, and Sebring International Raceway. Close to the lake for fishing and several golf courses. You’ll love my place because of we are in a quiet location with a view of the cows and calves. Sometimes the wild turkeys and fox come through. We have recently added an outdoor firepit area. No Smoking or Vaping inside the house. No pets, no animals of any kind. No parties.

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
