Beautiful lakefront home on the Barbee chain of lakes. This house features 2 kitchens, 2 family rooms, large bar/gameroom, 3 large patios with firepit, large dock for your boats, and fenced in side yard for your dogs! We supply 4 kayaks, lifejackets and a large grill. This house has the best views and best fishing on the chain! The 6th bedroom is a small room with twin bunks, no window or closet. This house is perfect for multiple families or friends. Plenty of parking. Come make some memories!!

For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

(note: no wake lake, 10 mph) The public beach, restaurants, downtown shops, and Zimmer Biomet Center Lake Pavilion are all within walking distance. Our huge glass enclosed patio is perfect for dining by the water or just enjoying a good book and a cup of coffee. Then, unwind by the fire and enjoy the beautiful nighttime views of Center Lake.

The Loft is a second-story self-contained annex attached via a private entrance. On-Site Parking. We are situated on 3 acres and love our 1909 farmhouse and The Barn 1880: Historic Venue. The Pontoon is NOT included in the daily rate but can be added for an additional fee. The Sunset Cottage is located on Chapman Lake. You can swim right off the seawall as the sandy area is an ideal location for all sorts of water fun! The water depth is about 18” & it slowly tapers off to deeper water. The swimming area is quite large and includes a slide for hours of endless fun!
