The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. Located half an hour from Geneva, in the hamlet of SEVRAZ at 850m above sea level, you will have a magnificent view. Cosy atmosphere, terrace and garden to rest, this will be your little refuge for beautiful adventures in our lakes and mountains that are just nearby. At 15 minutes, the Massif des Brasses, a family resort, is the ideal place to learn to ski, or to hike in the summer and to taste the pleasures of the mountain in all simplicity.

On the ground floor of an old alpine chalet, this apartment is located in a peaceful haven at the start of hikes. It is 40 minutes from the cities of Geneva and Thonon les Bains and close to several family ski resorts. The house is a recently renovated old alpine dwelling. Our chalet is situated in a quiet area (private way) with a panoramic view on the mountains.We are 2km from the center and the lifts but 2 free buses are 3 minutes walk from home.

This detached chalet (70 m²) is very comfortable for 4 people (it can accommodate up to 5 people). It is cozy and mountain style, in absolute calm. The terrace to the West dominates the valley and allows a real immersion in the middle mountains. Many walks from the chalet and magnificent hikes within a radius of 1/2 hour. The mountain is our garden!
