Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Plaquemines Parish

Keith was a super friendly host and even mailed us something that we had forgotten. The house was spacious & clean and had good boat parking!

We had a great stay as Matthew’s place. It is just as advertised and in a good location for fishing out of the local marinas - A really quick, 10 minute drive. 4 of us stayed here and we would again in the future

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for fishing—peaceful, scenic, and right near the water. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely come back for another relaxing getaway!

Booked this for my husband’s 30th birthday offshore tuna trip and 1000% will stay here again! Home is beautiful and exactly like photos. Super clean and host was responsive to messages.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 4 grandchildren ages 5-11 with and they had so much fun. We are a family that likes to go fishing and really enjoyed going to Elmer's Island, surf fishing and spending time on the beach. We went pier fishing in the evenings and caught a lot of fish. The grandchildren had a blast crab fishing and we caught enough to have a crab boil. Everything was at the house that we needed to accomplish this. Thank you for a great vacation at Grand Isle!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie's home as it comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The location is roughly 15-20 minutes away from all of the major hot spots in NOLA but had the benefit of being in a private/quiet suburban neighborhood. The seafood spot around the corner from the listing was delicious and had great deals for our large group. Sophie was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and helped answer a number of questions for me to make sure we were prepared. Easy check-in/check-out process and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!
