Everything is great

We had a lovely stay at Villa Ambra. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, the place looks better than in the pictures. It was clean and had a very nice outdoor area with a pool, sunbeds, dining area, grill and table tennis. We had to check in very late, but that was no problem which was very nice. We would also like to recommend the taxi driver Carmelo and his son Luca, recommended by the host of the villa (his card is in the villa). Carmelo was like our private guide every time we needed to go somewhere and told us a lot about the history of Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola. On the final day he took us to Siracusa for a day trip, which we highly recommend!

Amazing location, right at the shore, with access to a small beach and perfect sight of Strombolicchio. A wonderful terrace offers many different areas to spend time throughout the day as the sun moves. Short walk into the core of the village and a quick ride from the port. We would stay there again, anytime!

Beautiful apartment with everything you need on vacation. Supermarket and restaurant are about 10 minutes by car and in and around Nicolosi there are numerous providers for Etna hikes or quad tours. Alessandro was super helpful with lots of tips for the area and even contacts for Etna hikes. Everything very clean and a small supply of water and cooking basics in the kitchen. The apartment is a little bit noisy, but that's not too bad. Even when the owners were there, they were very quiet and even gave us fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden! Absolutely recommended!

Welcoming hosts and good advice. The accommodation is nice, perfectly clean and the well appointed space in front is a plus to enjoy the outdoors.

Marisa's welcome was as warm as the sunset from the apartment: Spectacular! Very available in everything, courteous and attentive to details. The apartment is brand new, super cozy and equipped with everything, not far from the strategic bridges but located in a quiet place where you can spend nice evenings in relaxation. Giovanna and Gianfranco were amazing hosts! Their place was absolutely spectacular, the view was even better than the pictures show which is already stunning. The place was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We went for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. They were both immediately responsive whenever we needed anything, and even helped us via video call to figure out how to turn the stove on. They also welcomed us with cookies, olive oil, and a delicious bottle of wine! Taormina was beautiful and the stairs to get into town were right outside of the apartment! There was also a hot tub which was very fun and also came with the spectacular view! Can’t stop raving about this place!!
