Martijn and Willem are fantastic. They welcomed us very well and provided useful information on the area (beaches, supermarkets and places to eat in the evening). The house was perfect and had everything you needed and then...enjoy the pool🏊‍♂️. We hope to return to Casa Callas soon😊

A spacious modern apartment with a large balcony and fabulous view 100m down the street to the sea. It’s nearer to the sea than the photos show and the communal swimming pool was the best in fact the apt is in the very best part of Gandía. Cafe on corner served delicious breakfasts and snacks and the local Spar shop has a fantastic selection of fresh fish if you like cooking. We ate in once just to enjoy the balcony dining but mostly ate out in the good variety of local restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone

We booked this apartment because it included underground parking, but be aware it is first-come first-served and not a reserved space. The car park was full when we arrived (and spaces are tight with cars being bigger nowadays) but luckily someone left after 20 minutes so we used that space and did not dare move the car again during our stay. Once we were parked, it was great and a relief. Yana checking us in and out was very communicative and helpful.

In short, we will be back!

Fantastic and accommodating hosts. Very knowledgeable about where to eat out if not using the facilities within the apartment. Explained to us about the enter and exit process along with the gated secure access. Lovely pool area to chill and relax, and the gardens looked very well maintained. This is a very spacious apartment with a large balcony which is a bonus.

If you want to go from cottage to a quiet area,which has a bit of everything,and above all cleanliness, something that at least I value a lot,this is your home!We spent a weekend with friends and children,and the truth is that there was everything so as not to be cold or warm,very well equipped, thank you Amparo for lending us your house♡

An oasis of peace. We spent five days in Fernando's wooden casita, accompanied by our Simba rabbit. It has been wonderful days with all the necessary comforts, with a fantastic exterior full of Chillout corners, which invited you to enjoy and disconnect. Altea, Calpe, Benidorm are just 18 minutes away and a 5-minute drive away is Altea la Vella with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. They remain very good service. We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Beautiful and spacious accommodation in a quiet place

Patricia's house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very cozy. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and the beach is just a few minutes walk away. Also, Patricia was charming and always attentive that everything was perfect. I would go back without any hesitation!

The house far exceeded our expectations, plenty of space for all the guests, stunning surroundings and great walks in the area recommend by Ana. Ana was very friendly and super responsive, once coming to help us change the gas for the stove within fifteen minutes. An amazing stay, cannot recommend it highly enough. (A car/taxi is needed to arrive at the house)

Such a lovely villa, great pool that could be heated and whirlpool, kitchen was very well equipped. Spacious lounge and kitchen area, beautifully kept gardens, great restaurants nearby and a very good local shop at the top of the road, easy drive to Arenal sandy beach, also great restaurants and shops, would definitely go again.

Super good host, very attentive and flexible

This place was everything and more The check in was amazing with their friend greeting us and showing us around. The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. The hosts were easily contactable. The apartment made the trip will book again.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

Excellent and cozy apartment, phenomenal views and very clean. The hosts are unbeatable. Just a day, by a temporary step but the value for money is super! for my next stay I will look at availability for more days.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.

The stay was very good and we enjoyed Jávea, the man who welcomed us with a bottle of invitation wine and the apartment was very taken care of and close to the beach and places for dinner, we would definitely repeat!
