We loved the place, it has a spectacular view. The department comes with everything you need for a nice stay. We enjoyed the peace of mind we needed. It is close to a market which has varied and good quality products. We will definitely be back on our next vacation again.

The beach is beautiful and very clean. The house has a direct exit to the sea and the view was wonderful. It was perfect for an outing between friends, bathing in the sea and making bonata. Mr. Luis was very kind and always ready to help. The house has other tenants on the upper floors but we don't feel any inconvenience, in fact we didn't see them. I highly recommend that they go to rent the house if they want a moment of tranquility, sun and sea.

The place is too nice, very quiet and tidy. Accurate for a few quiet and relaxed days, access to the common areas and the beach very easy and flexible, I loved it.

Spectacular apartment with an excellent view of the sea, balcony where you can see spectacular sunsets (sunset), spaces well distributed, quiet and easily accessible, very little or no people if you want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax to the maximum, it has shops nearby and there is also delivery for the area, a few minutes by car you can go to Wong or Tottus, communication with the owner and the person in charge was quite good, always attentive and flexible both for entry and also helpful in inquiries of any kind, which I can recommend to improve would be some things such as increasing the menu (there was no picking board, no blender, no rice, fountains or bowls, also missing covers and glasses, but there was very little) for everything else it is a place that I recommend a lot and we will definitely rent, Saludos!

Mr. Carlos's apartment is nicer than what you see in photos. It has a breathtaking view and is quite spacious. Also Mr. Carlos was in constant communication with us. We loved it!

Very comfortable stay! The description of the apartment was clear and Diana's service was excellent. I highly recommend it for groups of friends or families looking for a quiet place by the sea to get out of the routine.

The house is super spacious and located on the second line of the sea and can be parked on the property. Everything is spacious and very well maintained. Everything was super clean, the new appliances, the pool is small as seen in the photos but with a jacuzzi effect. Towels and linens are good quality, as are mattresses. The water pressure is very good and we always had hot water. Rafael was very nice and was always on the lookout. He left us water, ice and extended the check-out time. The house has a kind of suite with separate entrance that is not included in the description or use of the house. But that it is connected to the interior of the house by a door. When we discussed this to Rafael he made sure to leave it empty. The house is fresh and has a nice view, it is an excellent option for a family or group.

The location is really beautiful , the view , tranquility everything was excellent just a suggestion for the jacuzzi I would have liked that there was more hot water since the date we went to cold, it had been 10 out of 10 if the jacuzzi would have more hot water, thank you and if I would go again.

good place, downtown. it's in playa Señoritas, which is good to keep in mind. The house is very nice and spacious. The clean pool and everything spotless, we had towels, bed sets, soap, hot and cold water...all super!

Exactly what we were looking for. A place away from the chaos of the city, but close to the sea. A home that's tidy and stocked with everything in the descriptions. Ana was more than active in accommodating our requests and giving us helpful advice.

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything is very good, house well located and with all amenities.
