I can't say enough about this house. some listings have clever photography or descriptions that make them seem lovely, only to be disappointed when one arrives. This house is the opposite while the photographs are lovely, they can't begin to describe the experience. Everything was absolutely perfect and was only made better by the car and help from Monica and Noel.

Juan's place was excellent! We had 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. All rooms had king size beds except for 1 room, and it wasn't used at all. 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom down stairs for convenience. Great location, Mall was a 5 minute walk which included several great restaurant's to choose from, a 7-Eleven 5 minute walk as well Bus stop was a 10 minute walk that took you up and dowm the Hotel Zone and into downtown Cancun! Highly recommend. Juan was always available day or night for any questions you may have. 24 hour on site Security as well

The place was as described! It was clean. Host was accommodating. There was a maintenance issue and it was resolved immediately. Steps away from a beautiful beach! The perfect place for our Bachelorette Party!

Isaac’s place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great recommendations to make the most of our trip. The house itself was really nice and great for a big group. It had everything we needed for a great stay with friends. The location was ideal, and the atmosphere was just right for relaxing and enjoying our time together. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip. well......the pictures don't do it justice this place is amazing. Gaby's place is about as private as you can get in the area, while there arent any views from the place you feel secure and can relax in the beautiful pool with no worries from the outside world. The house is also absolutely spotless. older building but easily one the cleanest places we have ever stayed. All the amenities you could need. All shopping centers and restaurants are within a 4 min walk with a convenience store literally 200m away. We noticed the prices for restaurants were substantially cheaper than places like Playa as well. Gaby was also extremely responsive with all our questions an needs should you have any. will definitely return.

Alejandro’s place was great! We loved it. We were a group of 15 and we really enjoyed our stay. If there is any problem during your stay, Alejandro will be right on it. Never had a problem with his communication. I will say, finding the house is a little hard due to maps not sending you to the right location but once you figure it out you’ll get the hang of it.

The company is so easy to work with. The house was beyond expectations. Ezekiel and staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The FOOD! It was the best food we have ever had. We let them pick our meals and it could not have been better. We had a total of 4 couples, trip for the memory book!

This was by far the best vacation home I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The home was beautiful and the views were stunning! The staff Rosa and Jorge treated us like family. So nice and helpful and Rosa even cooked delicious breakfast for us every morning. There’s not enough great things I can say about the experience we received thank you so much we will be back for sure.

Mauricio is the epitome of a super host. Literally from the moment I booked, he was extremely helpful, responsive, and eager to assist in whatever way he could. He helped coordinate amazing chefs and even a mixologist. He anticipated our needs by reaching out and offering to arrange transportation and service while we were there. To our surprise, we even had a daily house keeper, which was very nice surprise. Overall, we had an amazing experience and we owe it all to Mauricio. Also, the house is extremely walkable and convenient to restaurants and convenience stores.
