Será un sueño para ti, si lo que buscas es ponerte el bañador y en menos de un minuto estar pisando la arena de la playa. En pleno centro del paseo marítimo de La Carihuela, con todo lo que necesites a tu alrededor: restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados, tiendas de regalos... El apartamento se ubica en una calle peatonal, en una primera planta con balcón. Antiguamente todos estos edificios eran casas de pescadores, por lo que suelen ser edificaciones de dos plantas que no disponen de ascensor.

Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

El apartamento mide aprox. 70 m2 y está distribuida de la siguiente forma: 1 dormitorio con cama queen size (1.80 x 2.00) y salón-cocina, un vestíbulo y un cuarto de baño con ducha amplia. Además un armario doble. El apartamento se encuentra en la 2ª planta (sin ascensor). La terraza es de uso exclusivo.
