It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. A 5-min walk to the beach, or you can chose the community pool, which is heated during winter time. It is located in the quiet part of the complex, so you will enjoy peaceful and relaxing nights.

Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities , fifty meters from the beach. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From July 7 until the end of September 2025 there will be work to replace the elevator. ( the apartment is on the second floor) . I apologize for any inconvenience.
