Chalet vacation rentals in Playa de las Américas

The house is very well located for vacationers wishing to be quiet. The views are beautiful. It has all the comforts in the house. It's clean and spacious. The path is not easy to find on arrival but we were guided, very quickly! Thank you. Just a few small tips to the owners so that over time the house does not degrade: the electricity is not perfect with partially or even non-functional switches. The bedroom curtain doesn't hold, but our hosts were very responsive, and finally the shower stockings clogged up. But none of this tainted our stay which was perfect.

The property was stunning. Looks just like the photos. Comfortable and with a beautiful garden. It has everything you need. And delicious fresh eggs! The host was very nice, communicative and helpful.

We spent 10 days in Carmen's house with our two daughters, 6 and 8 years old. Everything was perfect: the house is great and especially the exteriors are great with a wonderful view of the sea and the Teide. The private pool is large and deep. Carmen is a very thoughtful host. In addition, the location is ideal for discovering the island. Finally the house is very very quiet which is very nice We strongly recommend!

Thank you Jaime, A very well designed and spacious house, a fireplace that works great, it was really a plus, because we were unlucky with the weather which was quite average at the end of March. Jaime was waiting for us and there were no communication problems, the only small downside was the neighbors' dogs who are not well trained and probably alone and bark constantly. But apart from that, we enjoyed the calm a lot.

Andrés' place is situated down a country lane, a bit off the main road, but the estate is lovely and exactly as depicted / described. The Casa is the top floor of the building and has gorgeous views over the whole coast. It was a serene stay and Andrés and Mónica were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a stay on the north coast of Tenerife!

One of the best AirBnBs we ever had. Very very huge, because you can also use the pool, the barbecue and the chill out area. Very private, as the whole area is surrounded by walls. Maximum clean. We enjoyed the presence of the cute cats that live in town, especially Negrito. Many good restaurants are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. You can watch the ocean and the sunrise from the apartment.

The house was exactly what we imagined. Spacious, bright, friendly, lots of space. The pool is of course an outstanding factor. Located just outside of Candelarias. Therefore, we had complete peace and relaxation far away from the tourist crowds. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes or a nice walk to the center by car. The location above the city fascinates with a fabulous view of the sea and the surrounding area. Jesus Y Vicky are proactive in communication and explain everything perfectly before and during the stay. We can recommend the place to anyone looking for a great house with pool just outside the tourist crowds and still want to explore the island comfortably. If we come back to Tenerife as a family, it's only with Jesus Y Vicky

This is a beautiful house with a beautiful pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Very good accommodation for families with kids. Milagros is a very caring host.

The place is even nicer in real life than the pictures. The rooms, bathrooms, decor, heated pool, and views of the place and sea are beautiful. Irene is super friendly and the perfect host. Everything was perfectly prepared and you feel in very good hands. Absolutely recommended!

We spent two nights as a family, in the house the environment is huge and beautiful with different environments throughout the house, the beds are comfortable and the pool was perfect. All very well cared for. Swings for the children, super barbecue, and beautiful views. We left welcome fruit! At all times the host Genoveva has been a very attentive and friendly love. The villa itself was beautiful and clean and Kerwin is an amazing host. However, if you are going with young children there is limited things to do in the area. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We all had an amazing time and this amazing Villa. Tatiana was very welcoming on arrival and showed us around the Villa. The Villa is based in a quiet residential area and is only a 10 minute walk from the centre, however there is a big supermarket and restaurants within 5 minutes of the Villa. The Villa had everything we needed for the stay, the jacuzzi and heated pool were brilliant, meaning they can be enjoyed even when the sun isn't out! We used the gas BBQ numerous times and everything cooked really well on it, being in an undercover area it adds a lovely space to spend time in the evening. Our son loved playing the baby grand piano which really added to the stay. The kitchen facilities were all really useful as was the washing room, everything had been thought of and made us feel at home. The hosts were more than happy to help with any queries and were very responsive. We would love to stay in this wonderful villa again!

Our stay at this villa was simply unforgettable! The villa is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It looks exactly like the photos — actually, even better in real life. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was perfectly organized. What impressed us the most was the absolutely breathtaking view from the terrace and the windows: the ocean, the city, and the mountains — waking up at sunrise and enjoying this scenery was pure magic. This place is truly incredible, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it. We were absolutely delighted!

The villa (including backyard and pool) is absolutely wonderful and we thank Luis and his team for all the lovely details that they arranged. We were wonderfully well, we were seven adults with two babies and we loved staying in the chalet. If we have to say something; we miss mats or blinds in some rooms. They left us a cunita and a high chair that gave us life. Commenting that the house is in the upper area of the village, so go down to the village, it goes down well but up...I recommend going down the car to the esplanade, especially if you are going to children. We recommend 100% this place

I had a wonderful stay here - everybody was incredibly friendly, the location is beautiful and peaceful, and the rooftop area is really lovely. The beach is roughly a 30 second walk away. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy- there was also a fan in the room. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxed beach holiday away from the stresses of normal life!

We had a wonderful stay. The house itself was cosy and comfortable - we particularly enjoyed the outside space, use of the bbq and the pool. The pool was cleaned multiple times during our stay. The host was responsive and flexible. We liked the area as it wasn’t touristy and was accessible to all the places we were keen to go on the island. Friendly neighbours too! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the rural casa, the environment is idyllic and spectacular, the hosts are very welcoming with a small bonus of delicious lawyers from the house offered by the Finca. We felt particularly good there. The terrace is very pleasant in the morning away from the prevailing winds and the view from the mirador is one of a kind. A big thank you to hosts, we highly recommend this rental.

This is an incredible experience of 6 days on a cliff with incredible views of the island and the ocean, with beautiful sunsets that you can watch sangria on the magical terrace. Comfortable grill area, comfortable beds, lots of towels, jacuzzi, fast internet, dishes, everything you need. Great secluded location and very beautiful grounds of the house. I will be back here. Love.
