Chalet vacation rentals in Playa de las Américas

La maison est très bien située pour les vacanciers souhaitant être au calme. La vue est magnifique. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire dans la maison. Elle est propre est spacieuse. Le chemin n'est pas facile à trouver à l'arrivée mais nous avons été guidé, très rapidement ! Merci. Juste quelques petits conseils aux propriétaires pour ne pas qu'avec le temps la maison se dégrade: l'électricité n'est pas parfaite avec des interrupteurs partiellement voire non fonctionnels. Le rideau de chambre ne tient pas, mais nos hôtes ont été très réactifs, et enfin les bas de douche qui s'encrassent. Mais rien de tout cela n'a entaché notre séjour qui a été parfait.

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt im Haus von Francisco. Die Anfahrt geht über ein paar steilere Straßen, was mit einem gut motorisierten Mietwagen aber kein Problem war und Spaß gemacht hat. Am Haus angekommen, hat uns Francisco alles Wichtige gezeigt und erklärt sowie Hinweise für den Check-out gegeben. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben: ruhig gelegen, sehr privat und ideal zum Abschalten. (Wer empfindlich auf krähende Hähne ist, sollte wissen, dass in der Nachbarschaft offenbar einige leben – für uns war das kein Problem.) Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige, nicht touristische Umgebung und die vier Hühner im Garten, die uns täglich mit 4 frischen, großen Eiern versorgt haben – ein echtes Highlight! Wetterbedingt war es im Haus während unseres Aufenthalts etwas kühl und feucht, sodass Kleidung nur widerwillig trocknete. Mit der mobilen Gasheizung und ein bisschen Improvisation hat es aber geklappt. Fazit: Wir würden wieder hierher kommen!

Nous avons passé, avec nos deux filles de 6 et 8 ans, 10 jours dans la maison de Carmen. Tout était parfait : la maison est très bien et en particulier les extérieurs sont supers avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et le Teide. La piscine privative est grande et profonde. Carmen est une hôte très attentionnée. Par ailleurs l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir l’île. Enfin la maison est très très calme ce qui est très agréable Nous recommandons vivement !

Merci Jaime , Une maison très bien conçue et spacieuse, une cheminée qui marche du tonnerre c’était vraiment un plus , car nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec le temps qui fut assez moyen fin mars Jaime nous attendait et il n’y a eu aucun problème de communication, le seul petit bémol fut les chiens des voisins qui ne sont pas bien élevés et sûrement tout seul et aboient constamment. Mais à part cela , nous avons beaucoup savourés le calme .

Andrés' place is situated down a country lane, a bit off the main road, but the estate is lovely and exactly as depicted / described. The Casa is the top floor of the building and has gorgeous views over the whole coast. It was a serene stay and Andrés and Mónica were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a stay on the north coast of Tenerife!

One of the best AirBnBs we ever had. Very very huge, because you can also use the pool, the barbecue and the chill out area. Very private, as the whole area is surrounded by walls. Maximum clean. We enjoyed the presence of the cute cats that live in town, especially Negrito. Many good restaurants are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. You can watch the ocean and the sunrise from the apartment.

Jesus et Vicky ont été des hôtes parfaits ! Ils ont su nous donner des informations et conseils pour les activités à faire en amont de notre séjour et durant notre séjour : ils aiment leur Île et savent nous la faire apprécier, ils sont attentifs à leurs locataires et sont toujours à l'écoute. Un énorme merci pour toutes vos réponses à nos très nombreuses questions et interrogations. Le seul petit bémol serait la qualité de la literie. Sinon on recommande à 200% de venir dans leur logement !!!

This is a beautiful house with a beautiful pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Very good accommodation for families with kids. Milagros is a very caring host.

Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Zimmer, die Bäder, die Einrichtung, der beheizte Pool und die Aussicht auf den Ort und das Meer sind wunderschön. Irene ist super freundlich und der perfekte Host. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und man fühlt sich in sehr guten Händen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Hemos pasado en familia dos noches, en la casa el entorno es enorme y precioso con diferentes ambientes a lo largo de toda la casa, las camas son cómodas y la piscina estaba perfecta. Todo muy cuidado. Columpios para los niños, super barbacoa, y unas vistas preciosas. Nos dejaron fruta de Bienvenida! En todo momento el anfitrión Genoveva ha sido un amor muy pendiente y amable. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias por todo Geno!

Anfitrión muy atento a todo lo que necesitábamos y a cualquier problema que pueda surgir. Casa limpia y como en las fotos. Suficiente espacio para 12 personas. Entrada autónoma. Piscina limpia. Esperamos repetir!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We all had an amazing time and this amazing Villa. Tatiana was very welcoming on arrival and showed us around the Villa. The Villa is based in a quiet residential area and is only a 10 minute walk from the centre, however there is a big supermarket and restaurants within 5 minutes of the Villa. The Villa had everything we needed for the stay, the jacuzzi and heated pool were brilliant, meaning they can be enjoyed even when the sun isn't out! We used the gas BBQ numerous times and everything cooked really well on it, being in an undercover area it adds a lovely space to spend time in the evening. Our son loved playing the baby grand piano which really added to the stay. The kitchen facilities were all really useful as was the washing room, everything had been thought of and made us feel at home. The hosts were more than happy to help with any queries and were very responsive. We would love to stay in this wonderful villa again!

Our stay at this villa was simply unforgettable! The villa is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It looks exactly like the photos — actually, even better in real life. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was perfectly organized. What impressed us the most was the absolutely breathtaking view from the terrace and the windows: the ocean, the city, and the mountains — waking up at sunrise and enjoying this scenery was pure magic. This place is truly incredible, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it. We were absolutely delighted!

La estancia en la villa fue simplemente espectacular. Los espacios exteriores son impresionantes: un jardín amplísimo cuidado al detalle, una gran piscina perfecta para relajarse, un gimnasio completo, jacuzzi e incluso un pequeño campo de golf que nos hizo pasar momentos superdivertidos en grupo. Cada rincón está pensado para disfrutar y desconectar. Las zonas exteriores son, sin duda, el punto fuerte de esta casa, con un ambiente tranquilo y muy especial. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención que nos brindaron los anfitriones: pendientes de nosotros en todo momento, amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar para que nuestra experiencia fuera perfecta. Un 10 en hospitalidad. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

Estuvimos maravillosamente bien, fuimos siete adultos con dos bebés y nos encantó alojarnos en el chalet. Si tenemos que decir algo; echamos en falta estores o persianas en algunas habitaciones. Nos dejaron una cunita y una trona que nos dio la vida. Comentar que la casa está en la zona alta del pueblo, con lo que bajar al pueblo, se baja bien pero subir…recomiendo bajar el coche hasta la explanada, sobre todo si vas niños. Recomendamos 100% este alojamiento

I had a wonderful stay here - everybody was incredibly friendly, the location is beautiful and peaceful, and the rooftop area is really lovely. The beach is roughly a 30 second walk away. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy- there was also a fan in the room. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxed beach holiday away from the stresses of normal life!

Our stay was so good we have already booked again for next year. The villa was the perfect base for our holiday. We’ve stayed in the same area for a good few years now and this was the best accommodation we have had. Would definitely recommend

Chewy ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und das Appartement ist ein wunderbares Kleinod in einem schönen Ort, abseits der großen Touristen-Ströme.

Villa muy acogedora y con buenas vistas

We had a wonderful stay. The house itself was cosy and comfortable - we particularly enjoyed the outside space, use of the bbq and the pool. The pool was cleaned multiple times during our stay. The host was responsive and flexible. We liked the area as it wasn’t touristy and was accessible to all the places we were keen to go on the island. Friendly neighbours too! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la casa rurales, l’environnement est idyllique et spectaculaire, les hôtes sont très accueillants avec en petit bonus des avocats délicieux de la maison offerts par la Finca. Nous nous y sommes sentis particulièrement bien. La terrasse est très agréable le matin à l’abri des vents dominants et la vue depuis le mirador est unique en son genre. Un grand merci aux hôtes, nous recommandons grandement cette location.

Maria Luisa, the host, was really helpfull at all times. She gave us useful information of places close by. The house is really nice in a quiet peaceful area and has everything that you could need for a holiday. Totally recommended. Maria Luisa la anfitriona nos ayudo mucho dandonos informacion sobre lugares cercanos y en todo momento podiamos comunicarnos con ella. La casa era muy bonita en una zona residencial y silenciosa. Tiene todo lo que podria hacer falta en unas vacaciones. Muy recomendada.

Это невероятный опыт 6 дней на скале с невероятным видом на остров и океан, с красивыми закатами, за которыми можно наблюдать попивая сангрию на волшебной террасе. Удобная мангальная зона, удобные кровати, много полотенец, джакузи, быстрый интернет, посуда, все что необходимо. Отличное уединенное расположение, и очень красивая территория дома. Я вернусь сюда. Любовь.
