House with a private patio and dwelling on the first floor with a terrace with awning to enjoy the sun throughout the day as it has south orientation. Air conditioning cold/heat in living room. In the two rooms there is a ceiling fan and they have north orientation. A very quiet and familiar area. In the living room there is a bed sofa for two people for two people In the lower part there is a quartito with washing machine and shower ideal for when you return from the beach. There is also an umbrella to take to this one.
