Precioso y acogedor piso recién reformado íntegramente en el mismo centro de la ciudad, a 100 m. de la playa de San Lorenzo, rodeado de todo tipo de servicios, en plena zona comercial y de ocio. 80m cuadrados distribuidos en amplio salón comedor, cocina americana totalmente equipada, 3 dormitorios (2 matrimoniales y uno individual) y dos cuartos de baño completos (uno de ellos en suite en dormitorio principal).Cuarta planta completamente exterior, en esquina, orientación sur-este, muy luminoso.

An unbeatable apartment for visiting Gijón and its surroundings. Completely renovated, a two-minute walk to the beach. Sleeps up to 5 people. Two bedrooms with a double bed each, and a sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms with shower, one in the master bedroom. Closets in the bedrooms. Open living-dining room with a beautiful kitchenette. Very bright, fully equipped and furnished for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Wi-Fi, Smart TV. It has elevators.
