It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

The beautiful house is uniquely located on the most beautiful beach in Tenerife, Playa del Duque. Only the hiking trail on the dike is between the house and the beach. This gives you sea views in both the entire house and garden. At night, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
