Our new studio "Altamira 227" is located on the first sea line, right on Playa del Duque beach with spectacular sea views of the beach, La Gomera and the well-kept pool area in the tropical garden of the "Residencia ALTAMIRA." "Casa Carina" is a spacious apartment in the popular Altamira complex in Costa Adeje with direct access to the famous El Duque beach. Relax and forget all your worries on the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean, palm trees and sunset! The Altamira complex has beautiful common areas and two swimming pools, one of which is heated.

This gives you sea views in both the entire house and garden. At night, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Each bedroom has a sea view, and the master bedroom has a unique terrace with a cozy lounge. In the garden, you can enjoy the sun with plenty of shade.
