Modern apartment in the old town near the beach.

It is a newly renovated house in the old town of Alicante (the neighborhood). It has been decorated with modern and practical furnishings.The three rooms (dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom) have windows that favour the entrance of natural light. By location it is very close to the most characteristic places of the city, beach, castle, town hall, restaurant area and glasses. If you have a few days to explore the city, it is very close to all combinations of urban transport.

Beautiful Loft has a double bed,a very comfortable sofa bed, living room and kitchen all in the same open space. Enclosed bathroom and small private patio. EXCELLENT WIFI. Everything new,newly renovated. It is located 17 MINUTES from Santa Barbara Castle and a 17' WALK from Postiguet Beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants and all kinds of shops, 6 blocks from a large shopping center. It is very well connected with buses and Tram. Possibility of renting nearby parking.
