I had an excellent experience. The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as shown in the pictures, ideal for resting. The host was very kind and attentive, always willing to help with any questions. Communication was prompt and clear. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great rancho at the beach in Costa de Sol. Really nice garden setting right on the beach with a great area near the beach with hammocks and a stellar view. The caretaker was responsive to everything we asked for and otherwise did not intrude on our enjoyment of the house. The pool is really pretty and love that it is surrounded by nice garden and not just concrete. It felt really safe and welcoming.

We had a great time with friends at your residence. The outdoor space was a favorite for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to surrounding neighborhoods for more entertainment. We'll come back if we have a chance!

Guillermo is a gem! He is super nice and communicates quickly if you have any questions or issues! He always responded to me within minutes. I really recommend this villa. It was so nice and relaxing, just like the images. Tons of places to sit and hang out. It’s super cute too! A/C in the rooms that works perfectly. There is a black sand beach not even 5 minutes from the Vila. The days we went it almost felt private—it’s tucked away from public entrances. I’ve heard a lot of other beaches are rocky so we felt lucky to have access to this beach! Going up the stairs to the other beach is also a beautiful walk. Altogether a prime location for soaking up sun. Definitely grab some groceries or plan to rent a car! Pelícanos is very close, and the tienda has water. But that’s pretty much it, you’ll have to drive if you want food anywhere else or commit to walking a bit away. Overall a beautiful place to stay and would recommend. The view was beautiful

A quite spacious ranch, perfect for going with family if you have children as the pool is quite large and not deep! The perfect living room and kitchen to share as a family! The rooms and sheets are quite clean and A/C works perfectly.

This is a great apartment with everything you need for a long stay. It's located on a hill and is a bit cooler than the inner city, normally with a nice breeze. It's very clean, well stocked with the essentials. It's quiet and the bed is very comfortable, easy to get a good night sleep. Mayte is very accommodating and kind, she made sure our dog Lupita felt right at home with a little bed, toys, and soap. The señoras did a great and quick job cleaning every week too. The internet is fast with a desk to work, the TV's work well, and the kitchen is equipped to cook most meals. I really enjoyed my stay here and will look for this place again when I return. I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a prime location, very clean, and stylishly decorated with a modern vibe. The only downside was having to park on the bottom (B5) level, and the elevator didn’t operate from there, which made coming and going a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great place and would still recommend!

The house was amazing! The rooftop had spectacular view. They had fireworks during semana Santa! We got lucky. Surf City is 15 mins away. She had beach towels and chairs. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Everything was super convenient at her home. Just fyi, the parking is on the side of the road, going up a hill. Very narrow road. And you’re staying next to some people who live there. But they were very nice. We only saw them once. But I would definitely stay here again! I loved it!

Emma was amazing and her house was beautiful! She was quickly responsive and always ready to answer any questions we had. She also had incredible recommendations about the surrounding area. Everything about our stay was accommodating and readily available. Clean house, private and peaceful living quarters. In very close proximity to beaches, restaurants, grocery store and El Tunco Beach. The back yard was unbelievable. Even more beautiful than the pictures. My family loved it. The kids were obsessed with the pool. The home was very comfortable and tidy. Would absolutely love to stay again in the future.
