This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct and private access. It has a bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed and a sofa. A living room/kitchen equipped with everything you need, a bar to enjoy the views, and a spacious and comfortable bathroom, as well as a washer-dryer, clothesline, and towel warmer. Guests are asked to provide their ID before arrival.
