The house is located within the walled city of Peñíscola, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the Castle. We are eco-friendly accommodation. We are located in the most authentic and trendy area, in the fishing area, surrounded by good restaurants; you will stay in an independent and comfortable apartment. It is ideal whether you want to visit a wonderful Mediterranean village, its beaches, its Castillo, its hiking trails... or if you want to telework as we have Wi-Fi fiber optic.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.

The Sea Experience aparthotel in Alcossebre is a recently built complex located on the beachfront of El Cargador Beach and 550m from the center of Alcossebre. The 50 m² apartment has 2 bedrooms with capacity for 3/5 people (without views). The photos of the terrace are indicative and at no time do they reflect the height or exact position of the apartment that you reserve as you have several apartments of the same type in the Aparthotel.

Central, with view to the south beach

The point that makes the difference for this apartment is the fact that it enjoys the see brise during almost all day, which is very fine in summer. In autome, on the contrary, thanks to it's sun exposition, it is naturally warm. The beach in front of the building, the south beach, is ideal for children because it is not deep, has no rocks, nor dangerous currents. Cosy and sunny apartment for 2 people (40m2), on the third floor of a family house without lift. Nevertheless, our stair are not fatigating and the apartment is very easy to reach. Don't hesitate to choose it because, being the last floor, has the advantage of being very intimate and bright.
