Wow!!!! Great stay at AirBnb in Octocal Beach. We visited Costa Rica for our daughter’s nuptials and indeed our stay at this AirBnb was an unforgettable experience. It was an upscale home away from home. The service was excellent! The atmosphere soothing yet vibrant, calm, and relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious with stunning views. The amenities were top notch and every needed for a home away from home was readily available in the home. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning design, high-end finishes, and seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The house is beautifully decorated with a chic beach vibe, and every detail has been thoughtfully curated for comfort and luxury. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like dining out. The backyard was a perfect oasis for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the open layout made the entire space feel airy and inviting. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the pristine shores of Playa Avellanas, where we enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Potrero is a great location, far from the over touristic area of Tamarindo. Christina's place is great, it's pratical and very safe. It was very quiet when we went. The terrasse gives on the pool. We got to use the beach umbrella and mask and Tuba. strongly recommend

My partner and I had a wonderful time in this airbnb!! Its super close to Tamarindo (5 min drive) and the beach!! Its super spacious and even a hot tub! 10/10 would stay here again!

We just had an incredible week long stay at Casa Blanca for spring break. Three families with a total of 7 teenagers (13 people) stayed at this home and were more than comfortable. The outstanding service provided by our host, Collin made our time in Costa Rica even better. He gave us some top notch activity and tour suggestions, restaurant suggestions and even organized to meet us for a couple minutes to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so lovely having a house mom there and breakfast already cooking when we woke up for the day. Even better than that, we enjoyed getting back from our long day at an awesome excursion organized by Collin to a fridge full of cut up fruit, guacamole, salsa and a pitcher of mojitos. The house was spotless and well appointed. Tamarindo is a short drive away with plenty to do. I couldn’t recommend working with this host and enjoying this house more.

Great time for my family of five staying in both of the tiny houses on Diego's property. The howler monkeys visited us again and my kids enjoyed the hot tub. Playa Potrero is walkable to this private secure location and has everything we need for a simple beach vacation in a undiscovered beach in Costa Rica's dry forest. The location is great for Liberia airport and we were able to visit Tamarindo and Monteverde Cloud Forest in addition to enjoying the quiet Playa Potrero.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Arbel’s house in Tamarindo! The property was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with all the amenities we needed for a perfect vacation. The pool was a highlight, and the location was ideal, just a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Arbel was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Communication was prompt and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. We’d highly recommend Arbel’s place to anyone visiting Tamarindo and can’t wait to return

Ana’s place is lovely. It’s spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need, especially in the kitchen. The air conditioning in every room was a big plus, and the house is conveniently located for exploring the beaches of Guanacaste. Ana was super friendly and communicative host. My family and I enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend.

Cassie was hands down the best Airbnb host we've had! She was the most thoughtful and nicest host, sharing a wealth of information in the welcome letter prior to our arrival. In the letter, her and her husband thought of everything to include to make it such a welcome and comfortable stay! Their home is so beautiful and we are so thankful for them to share it with us. What stood out was Cassie's quick responses and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay, even before we asked! For example, Cassie knew that we were traveling with our toddler and asked if there was anything else she could provide for our child. She arranged for a highchair to be delivered which was so helpful! She was so accommodating and the best host in the most beautiful home.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It is so nice! Very secluded and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from town with the golf cart (big hills to get there so you need some type of transportation!). Communication with Marco and Todd was above and beyond, they made sure we had everything we needed. We hired the private chef for one night and it was amazing! Really loved our stay ♥️

Great location and great views. House was very well maintained and Angelica was exceptionally timely fixing any issues (all very minor). We stayed two weeks and the cleaners came after week one to do the house and pool which was wonderful.

Fantastic beach compound. Christelle's house is the very northernmost on Brasilita where its quiet. House is directly across the road (as close as you can get) from the beach. This is a new house with all the conveniences you would expect on a higher end listing. The outdoor is exactly as pictured and makes it easy to eat outdoors and lounge at the pool. Good security with locking gates and an electrical fence on the wall and an alarm system for the house. Just a great spot if you want to get on and off the beach fast and not be surrounded by lots of people yet be very close to some of the best restaurants in Guanacaste.

It’s a mix between resort and villa complex. The restaurant that has views of the sunset is amazing. Marco was like our personal waiter, literally made us feel special everyday we were there.

We had an amazing stay this location! The condo was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed our visit. The house was super clean, super well maintained. Hosts were quick to answer questions, even to give us suggestions on things to do or visit. The pool was superb, the area is very safe. What a positive!

Hard to get up hill and lost activities we did were 20-30 minutes away but house and views were worth it.
