Great location, you can walk everywhere. Awesome apartment, lots of light and social space. The terrace was the highlight! Dyra and Yoan were great too.

I can't say enough good things about either this penthouse apartment or these phenomenal hosts! Julio was waiting for us outside the building to walk us through entering the building, using the elevator and which key worked for what. The penthouse itself--a mid-century modern masterpiece with sweeping views of both the city and the ocean--is located in a very nice section of Havana. And definitely inquire about their breakfasts--you probably won't need lunch afterwards!

The area is excellent, if you can have access to a bike, the walk along 5th Avenue is highly recommended. You have all the malecon to tour it and very close to there is the Fabrica de Arte, contemporary expression of Cuban art, music, painting, photography, etc. Estrella is in charge of managing the accommodation and thanks to her name, she is also a theater actress and the recommendations of the theatrical activity are those of a person in the guild. Enjoy staging at the Trianon Theatre and Revueltas Theatre in Linea a lot. Highly recommend and I definitely plan to be back. Flexibility at check-in and check-out, good refreshments and first-class personalized attention; I enter the whim of going to the beach with my own umbrella and Estrella got it; in a Havana where it is very difficult to get a lot of things, if not too far in advance. My experience was very good and I'm coming back to this place.

Alva is great to work with, the house considering Cubas general condition is beyond perfect. I have stayed in many places in cuba including with family and Alva house is custom for comfort and ofcourse its beautiful and spacious. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff is great and it has a security guard 24hrs a day which is great since i was with my baby and husband.

Peace, quiet, friendly both the owner and the cleaning ladies. I especially recommend it to people who don't like noise like me.

Osvaldo was a great host, he helped plan our trips, and gave us great advice before we arrived. He provided housekeepers to clean the house daily and they made us an amazing breakfast for a small extra cost. Beautiful place, 10/10.

We returned to Yeneir’s house after visiting 7 years ago and it was just as perfect this time. The house is lovely and the neighbourhood is so beautiful, peaceful, safe and friendly with several great restaurants nearby. Gretel was an amazing host who took care of our every need in such a friendly, competent manner. We can’t recommend this wonderful home more highly! If you want to experience Havana, choose this place to stay.

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

They let us in EARLY on short notice which was really cool. We were coming from another place we had to cancel because it did not match the photos at all. But Daniel's place was beautiful and clean. Would stay again!

Located right in the centre of Old Havana, it makes an ideal base for exploring the historical part of the city. Their location right next to Legendarios del Guajirito (at the Buena Vista Social Club) saves you US$50+ for a taxi.

I am very happy that we were able to find a place where we had a great time in Havana, Cuba. And our host Calixto was particularly appealing. Looks like it really provided a nice, memorable moment. Spending a good time in a home is extremely important and Calixto's hospitality skills contributed a lot to that. Their kindness, kindness, and availability were probably critical to making us feel at home and find everything we needed. The accommodation was of high quality where all our basic needs were met and we were able to relax and recharge between explorations. Havana in Cuba is an exciting city and I'm sure you found a lot of interesting sights and experiences. The excellent location of the property allowed us to easily explore the city and access cultural and historical sites. We thank Calixto and his wife for everything.

An exelente, quiet, exelente location very good sea view with indescribable sunsets. just one detail that would elevate this stay even more. and is that they provide the client with basic things, such as toilet paper, toothpaste and some water or soft drinks among other things, although the customer is charged if they consume them. Just for the guest to have a first option upon arrival. In my case when arriving I had no toilet paper and nothing to take, and going out to buy something after a long trip is something annoying, especially if you don't know anything. otherwise it was a very pleasant stay I recommend it 100%.

Patricia went out of her way to help me with whatever I needed. Her brother cooked my dog meals because I had forgotten my dogs food and the pet store i walked to had gone out of business. Patricia speaks good English and available whenever i had a question or concern. I plan staying there again!
