Monthly Rentals in Pleasanton

This was my second stay at Ellen‘s place. It is the perfect homebase for me and my dog while we visit all of the amazing hiking sites in the area. I love coming home all tuckered out and relaxing on the deck under the juniper tree with beautiful views of the valley. Ellen is a sweetheart, and even loaned me a sweatshirt when I realized I hadn’t packed enough warm clothes! It’s quiet, private, and peaceful and I can’t wait to come back again!

Amber's place was exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. The name is appropriate. I was able to catch a sunrise or two during my stay. Her home is actually very "homey". I was alone during this trip, and I felt safe. I highly recommend staying in her home whenever you happen to be in the area. I am in fact planning on staying again in August.

If you work in high stress areas- this is your perfect decompression sacred space. Everything is meticulously provided. Book at least 5 days. Pick up groceries. Hosts welcome you and set up the home. It overlooks a deeply still gorge that gently pulls exec freeze function right out of the body. Deep breathing with complete relaxation in 24 hrs. We received delicious homemade bread with local jams and honey. Slept the best we have in a decade. Hot tub and hot showers. Walked the private 80+ acres seeing gorgeous sunsets and dark sky stars. Pull in during the day. The route is very well marked. Then decompress. We didn't want to leave. And we will definitely be back. They've created a soulful sacred space for others. We came to reserve for a turkey hunting trip. The cabin was located just outside of town in a great location within an hour of everything we were hunting. Beds were comfortable, shower stayed hot for up to 4 showers in the evenings when we got in, the cabin had everything we needed to cook, clean, and live comfortably for a few days while hunting. Host was very fast and responsive. Great place for a vacation or hunting trip and responsibly priced
