John was the best he was always there when I had questions he responded in a timely manner which is everything. and the property is way better in person i was outside every morning with served breakfast. which was like my own personal buffet and it was hot and very delicious. I'm super excited to return with my family next year. Definitely would recommend. it's a drive from Athens but over all I love the peace and quite as I did come off season but the food about 15 mnts down the way was amazing and very authentic. you can't go wrong.. well kinda after a week I didn't want to leave haha. Thank you John for everything you made my trip stress-free and peaceful knowing I had you around for questions and concerns at any moment.

Very nice place, clean and safe place.

A beautiful, peaceful and comfortable place for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. A taverna 2 steps away to eat and 4kms from the port for the island of Hydra! Perfect! We made a stop in Ermioni, charming village and harbor.

The location is private and peaceful with beautiful surroundings near to so nice restaurants, tavernas and bars, with very nice beaches with crystal clear waters at the bottom of the road. It is the ideal location to explore places like Porto Heli and Poros or further Nafplion and Epidaurus and other wonderful beaches by car and the islands Hydra and Spetses by boat. The location is easy to find and easy to get inside. My experience in this charming traditional style home was memorable and I returned many times; the view from the terrace is amazing, and the house is perfectly equipped, clean and tidy, you will find anything you need … Filia is so friendly, always responsive, willing to offer recommendations and instructions, very discreet, warm and available. I highly recommend this extraordinary place for both families and a couple!
