Lovely apartment, clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is perfect with only a very short walk to the slopes (Innerarosa/Ski School). We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again.

5 days ski holiday with the family in a very nice apartment! Perfectly located at ski lift, ski bus stop and supermarket in Valbella. The apartment has plenty of space, is well equipped and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the conservatory very much. 5 stars and clear recommendation for a family vacation in Lenzerheide!

Together with my parents, we stayed with Klaus and Herbert. The apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with many useful things. The area in which the apartment is located is also a feast for the eyes. We felt very comfortable and would come back again. Communication with Klaus, Herbert and Monika was friendly and straightforward.

Absolutely fantastic place. Will go back every time we're in Arosa! We've been coming to Arosa for years and have not encountered a more amazing place. Location is fantastic, so close to all you may need. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and felt even bigger than we expected based on those. Friendly hosts who are very responsive and happy to help. Great amenities, we never felt like we were missing something, even with kitchen items which is hard with a larger group. We travelled with a couple, a single and a family of 4 with a 3.5 year old kid and an 8 month old baby and did not want for anything. There was a high chair and pack/play already made for our arrival and with an elevator its easy to navigate the building. 10/10 would absolutely recommend, they have several "sizes" apartments depending on how many people you travel with and we will definitely book with them again whichever size group we are.

We had a great stay at Flurin's place. The location is perfect for accessing the slopes and it's a very easy 5 minute walk to get to the main area in Parpan (and not far at all to Lenzerheide if you want to go there - short trip on the bus). The apartment was great for our family of 4 - enough room for everyone and very comfortable. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. Flurin was very helpful and responsive to our questions - much appreciated! We would love to stay here again if we find ourselves back in this area!

Perfect apartment in a top location Last week, we were able to spend a wonderful time in Kerstin's apartment in Valbella with fantastic snow conditions and plenty of sun. The location of the apartment is simply superb – ideal for winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. The apartment itself is cozily furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Nothing was missing and we felt comfortable right from the start. The combination of comfort, location and amenities made our vacation perfect. We'd love to come back and can fully recommend the apartment!
