Romain's apartment is very well located. Only a few minutes away from the center. The accommodation is very very well equipped. from coffee to shampoo, to towels, there was everything! The Jaccuzi is really great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you for everything

Apartment as described and expected

Beautiful location, perfect house, lovely fire. We had a great stay here over Christmas, thankyou so much to Cindy for being so flexible and accommodating. Had a great time exploring the local area.

We extended our stay and relocated to this property from Bertrand's other place. This one is on two floors, which was great. It is furnished the same and to a very high standard. The property is really well equipped with everything you could need. It's fresh, modern and tastefully designed/decorated. You can easily get into Dijon within 10-15 mins walking, and the neighbourhood is safe, quiet and pleasant. The ability to park within the compound is a great bonus. Bertrand is a superb host. We had a small problem with the radiators, and within 20 mins he was there to fix it. He is very mindful of his guests and puts a lot of energy and attention into his accomodation. We will not hesitate to re-book here :)

This was the best AirBnB of our holiday. Fabulous view, fabulous people, such kindness and hospitality. The house is beautiful and as described. The history of the village is extraordinary and worth investigating. We particularly enjoyed cycling the Burgundy Canal, which is nearby. We had a lovely overnight stay at Fabrice 's place, on our way to The Alps. The house was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bedding was particularly good with fresh linen.

Very quiet and understanding! We get confused with the date, thinking it was February 15th and we ended up entering the day before... We left the previous accommodation a day earlier ,with the rate already paid in Riquewir. We explained to them the problems that had accumulated before we even left our country , which led us to become distracted, worsening when two of our daughters fell ill during the trip. They were incredible and very understanding... We paid the daily rate , at fair value,and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Thank you!

Eliette was one of the most hospitable hosts we've ever had! She was so warm and welcoming... it was a very lovely stopover on our long road trip from Paris. The tiny house is perfectly equipped with everything you need and the mini playground set-up was especially nice since we were traveling with kids. The property was completely enclosed and we were able to park our car in the covered entrance. Clean, easy to find and the sweetest family as hosts. Highly recommend!

Great location, quiet next to Duck Island, while staying a 20 min walk from the city center (or less in T2). The apartment had everything you need, very clean. Amel was very accommodating on arrival and departure times. I highly recommend!

Very pleased with our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing all kinds of dishes, linens and towels were available, the apartment was comfortable and very clean. Excellent location about 15min from the city center on foot, and the train station is accessible by tram.

Nice place near the city center with a parking place which makes life much easier. There is a lift which is good when you have suitcases as the flat is on 7th floor! The place has been done recently and is very clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is small and rudimentary but enough for breakfast or a simple meal: you better choose some of the very good burgundies restaurants in town! I recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time at Gité 34S. We stayed at Gité 34S for 1 week, and it was a wonderful experience! Urs, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always available for questions or a quick chat, and his communication before our trip was prompt and thorough. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the Gité and Urs shared information about the are and surroundings with us. The Gité itself is cosy and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you could need. It was clear that Urs had put a lot of care into making sure guests felt comfortable during their stay. The area itself is very quiet and peaceful, and while walking our dog along the channel and in the area we met a lot of friendly people. I would definitely recommend a stay at Gité 34S
