The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

The villa is located in the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the port worth seeing. Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.
