The building is in a prime location on the Riviera. Just a wonderful garden that separates the building from the beach. It is also close to the mall, which allows for a walk at the end of the day with the family without worrying about driving or parking (closest distance 1.2 km). The building has a beach service. The staff places 4 chairs and 1 umbrella per apartment in the early morning and removes them around 5 pm. Fixed location. You need to bring bed linens and towels to the apartment.

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
