Our family does not have access to the space when it is being used. 2 km from Pq Anhembi - 3 km from Santana Metro and Pró Magno Event Center - 4 km, Barra Funda Terminal; Espaço das Américas; Vila Country; Expo-Barra Funda and Allianz Parque; 6 km from SP Center and Av. Paulista Avenue. Also, 30 minutes by bus to the Rua 25 de Março region.

Casa silenciosa para quem quer tranquilidade e sossego em bairro verde e calmo. Bela arquitetura, bem localizada. 5 quartos, boas camas, 6 banheiros com ótimos chuveiros. Grande cozinha, sala de tv, sala de lareira. Terraços e jardins. Não podemos fazer festas nem eventos, pedimos cuidado com barulhos de todas as formas de dia e de noite.
