It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

Overlooking a valley surrounded by the Sibillini Mountains, whose gentle curves offer a magnificent and unforgettable panorama, it is living its second life. My husband and I bought it in 2026 and are renovating it piece by piece. White, bright and in a way more Nordic. We hope you will take care of it as if it were your own home, because we will spend our retirement here.

Maison en Pierre is located in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. The property is 140 square metres and is located above Lake Fiastra. The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1500s and has an outdoor relaxation area in the garden with a hot tub and sauna, all of which are eco-sustainable. Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is a surcharge of 15 euros per night for firewood, which is available, and 15 euros per night for each dog.
