The house is located at the end of the small charming seaside village of Broce right by the sea. There is direct access to the sea,a few meters from the house. The house has a unique atmosphere, there is a terrace, sun loungers, tables with a garden umbrella grill, mountain bikes, kayaks and boating boards. The place is atmospheric, calm,charming. You can relax and unwind here.

Words can’t describe the amazing House Nika… it simply needs to be experienced! Amazing location, I was looking for a place to rest and recharge, this is exactly what House Nika offered. We didn’t have a car, but walked into the village for dinner on a few nights, the local people friendly and welcoming. We didn’t venture much further, we really didn’t need to! Appreciated the contact from Ana mid way through, though we had everything we needed. An absolute treasure of a find… thank you 🤗

It was amazing place. Clean and spacious, and also right in the town centre with only short walk to the old bridge. It’s on the 1st floor so no need to climb any stairs. Ajla was helpful and even helped me book many restaurants that I liked to go. If I am back in Mostar, I would definitely stay here again.

Mira has a beautiful home in a peaceful setting with direct access to the sea and nearby beaches. The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and so pretty with flowers still in bloom. The oranges she gave us from her garden were the best we have ever tasted. The house was only 300 yards from the bus stop and travel to Dubrovnik was easy. Thank you Mira for being a perfect host.

Everything great except that one bathroom had hair in the shower, and there was no shower gel in any of the bathrooms. We only stayed one night so we didn't mind that much.

Fantastic Holiday Airbnb! Marija and Pavo were great hosts. Really good communication and always on hand to answer any queries as they live below the Holiday Villa. The Villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the pool terrace and pool table are very much the icing on the cake! The outdoor kitchen and eating area is a great feature and we spent many hours out there enjoying the amazing views. The views from everywhere at the front of the Villa are breathtaking .. looking across to the islands. Would highly recommend The Butchers Grill down at the Sun Gardens Hotel for a meal ……. Not the cheapest …. but the setting, service and food are extremely good. Slano was pretty and we enjoyed a stroll around the bay there. To be honest we were looking forward to a relaxing week around the Villa and by the pool …. And that’s exactly what we did as it’s such a lovely setting. 😎 Highly recommend!! 👌

Great welcome by the grandmother. Superb views from the balcony of the terrace. I can only recommend this place if you're passing through. Very well maintained exterior with barbecue area, deckchair, coffee machine available without forgetting the superb pool! I would recommend this peaceful place just a 20-minute drive from Dubrovnik!

We were there for two nights. Everything went smoothly and without complications. We can recommend this property. The view from the balcony was fantastic.
