On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen and a comfortable living room with a fireplace and an exit to the terrace. The third bedroom, with two single beds and a toilet, is located in the loft. A large 30-acre plot is available to guests.

Our house is 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, provides comfort for rest (and work). There are numerous amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, bicycles, hammocks, deckchairs, barbecue gazebo, covered terrace, fireplace. You can also use the Finnish sauna in our house. The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. The property is located in the picturesque village of Nowosielce Kozickie 23, located in a charming corner of the Bieszczady Mountains, which makes it the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The neighborhood offers a wide range of activities for nature, active recreation, and culture. Areas perfect for walking, peaceful recreation, picnics on the lawn. At the same time, a great base for trails, a lake, or skiing - a broadly understood search for experiences in wild and less wild parts of the Bieszczady Mountains.

The cottage is designed for up to 8 people. Basic price of the cottage for 4 people - 350 PLN Each additional person over 4 is 50 PLN / person. Over 80 years old cottage after a general renovation, it turned into a small, cozy cottage. A work of my husband's hands. 2 rooms (living room and mezzanine with access to the terrace), a spacious bathroom with two sinks and an original stone shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area and a fireplace. Entirely fenced.

Wild strawberry

A house on the edge of the forest, where you can feel the closeness of nature at every step. Nearby, you can find traces of bison, and if you go a little further into the forest, a trained eye can find traces of bears or wolves. Walking through the garden, we find the ruins of an Orthodox chapel from the 19th century, and behind it a blue trail. If we direct our steps in the opposite direction, we can go for a walk towards Solina - for refreshing baths in summer and refreshing ice swimming in winter.

It is close to the Nature Reserve and cycling trail. This is a perfect place for a family retreat or a peaceful getaway with friends, surrounded by nature. Kitchen is fully equipped. Hot tub for an additional fee. The area is surrounded by fields and forests, offering peace, quiet, and birdsong during the day, and a sky full of stars at night.

The house is a good starting point for both Lake Solina and the entire Bieszczady Mountains. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a view of the mountains. Spacious, idyllic cottage with beautiful panoramic countryside view. Perfect spot to rest and enjoy silence. No neighbours any close, very private. Great for cycling and walking. A lot of space for kids to play and enjoy nature. Outdoor jacuzzi with panoramic view (months 3/4-9/10, depending on the weather). This is a place with unique atmosphere, used to be my grandparents home. It has three separate living spaces under one roof. Two of them have fireplace.

Open all year round, each divided into two independent apartments (48 m² + 15 m² terrace), with a separate entrance, kitchenette, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two playgrounds with trampolines for our youngest guests on the premises.
