L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. We have just finished a total renovation of This luxury apartment, with a perfect location, just 100 meters from the Poetto beach. The interiors were refurbished with wooden floors and brand new furniture from the best italian designers. The kitchen is modern, with an island where you will face the beach. The living room is luminous, has a tulip saarinen table and chairs, 2 quiet bedrooms face to the lagoons. the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful poetto beach at its best

Appartement en duplex en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Cagliari, dans le quartier de stampace. Petite rue calme et colorée à proximité de la zone commerçante et du port. Logement entièrement neuf, rénové par une agence d’architecture parisienne. Grande pièce à vivre avec cuisine ouverte, très lumineux et vue sur la vieille ville.
