From there you can quickly reach Gießen, Friedberg, Frankfurt, Hanau etc. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful lake with 2 beach bars. Great cycling and hiking trails surrounded by meadows, forests and streams. The Vogelsberg is also not too far away. Summer toboggan run, climbing forest, winter sports and much more…

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

The house "Wassu" was completed in January 2024 and is located in Watzenborn-Steinberg. The amenities are nice and invite you to relax. The apartment consists of a living room with TV, an open fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with rain shower, a bedroom with double bed and TV, a bedroom and a terrace. Underfloor heating and electric blinds in every room. Parking is available free of charge. Non-smoking apartment!
