Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit TV, einer offenen voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Essecke, einem Bad mit Regendusche, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV, einer Kammer und einer umzäunten Terrasse. Fussbodenheizung und elektrische Rollos in jeden Raum. Ein Parkplatz steht Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Nichtraucherwohnung!

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Small old guesthouse from the Licher Castle from the 15th century. century is inviting for relaxation. There are 85 square meters available on three floors. In recent years, the house has been extensively renovated, with individual beams being staged as a visible framework. This results in a beautiful combination of modern and medieval. Within walking distance are sights such as the brewery, the castle with its park, the Marienstiftskirche, as well as all shopping.

Welcome, dear prospective guest! A freshly renovated apartment awaits you. The picturesque house has a large garden with cozy corners for barbecuing, relaxing & unwinding. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

In the 56 square meter basement apartment is everything you need. Bedroom with bathroom, closet for your clothes. Large living-dining room and a separate kitchen. Living room: sofa bed with table, (sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00). In addition, two cribs and a high chair. For 6 people, an inflatable double mattress is available. Kitchen: coffee maker and bread slicer. Various pots, dishes and glasses. Also a washing machine. We have a dog who will also greet you.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The shower room is equipped to a high standard.

The bright and friendly 3-room apartment is located in the basement of our two-family house with garden, private terrace and private entrance. There is a bus stop to the train station and public parking directly in front of the house. You can quickly reach the A45 and A5 to Gießen and Frankfurt.
