This house is located on the grounds of the Villa des Chouettes, close to vineyards, an amusement park, Troyes, and the Forêt d'Orient lake.

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game).
