Keep it simple at this centrally-located place in the heart of Seagrove Beach. ChewCasa is located in a gated neighborhood just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will have there own personal parking spot, kitchenette, full bath and closet. Kitchenette features a sink, mini fridge, microwave and brand new Keurig coffee maker. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a twin bunk and a queen blow up mattress. ChewCasa is located on the second floor with private staircase for entry.

Located on the crystal clear waters of the Panhandle, Sweet Caroline is the perfect place for a couples getaway, a trip with girlfriends, and even perfect for small families. Sweet Caroline is located in Seagrove Beach, 1.5 miles east of Seaside. Rosemary and Alys beach are a short drive away. The beach access is directly across the street, 4 min walk from our front door to the sand. We have 4 bikes for use during your stay! The pool is heated March 1 - April 15 and the week of Thanksgiving.

We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during Spring Break/Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
